I am a nervous wreck when it comes to going to a dentist. Consequently my teeth are in really bad condition. A few years ago I read an article about Dr. Baker and that he 'specializes' in helping people that are apprehensive about dental work. He is a wonderful dentist that is very gentle and makes sure you are ok all the time during a procedure. He explains every process that he is doing and has your well being as a priority. His office staff is very friendly and courteous. The office is immaculately clean which is important during these times. I highly recommend Dr. Baker and the Beach City Dental office even if you aren't afraid of dental work. You will be very impressed.

Dr. Baker and his staff... they are the most caring, genuine, professional people I have ever had the pleasure of being around. No one likes going to the dentist. But now I can not wait to get there. I have had some major work done and they took such good care of me there and my teeth I couldn't be more pleased . Such a great office and up to date with the equipment so it makes it easier less time n definitely less pain. So happy I found them and will always recommend them to everyone I know.

This was my first appointment at this office and I was thoroughly impressed. Everyone was professional, friendly, and so helpful. Dr. Baker was very thorough and concise in explaining specifics procedures and options. So happy to have found this office and and Dr. Baker. He was super patient with my 4 year old! Our appointment really couldn't have gone better. My son didn't even know he had a cavity done, it was very shallow and no shots were needed!! I have worked in dentistry for years and notice the little details.

Recently switched to Dr Baker for our family dentist and we’ve been super impressed. The staff took great care of my kids ages 3-9, Leesa was their hygienist and took the time to make sure my kids were comfortable and aware of all the tools she was going to use so they weren’t afraid. They also have TVs in the room so the kids can be distracted while getting their teeth cleaned. Dr Baker was wonderful with the kids as well and took the time to make sure any concerns were taken care of. I also got my teeth cleaned and my teeth and gums have never felt more sparkly clean. The office is also beautiful, it’s in the new Medical building and super bright with a great design feel. We are very happy that we made the switch.

My first visit to Beach City Dental was great. Location was easy to find and has plenty of parking. Pre-Covid check check was quick and I did not need to manually fill out paper for since Beach City Dental has online forms which makes for a seamless on boarding since I am a new patient. Great friendliness all around from the front office to the back to me feel super welcome and well informed during my visit. Consultation from Dr. Baker was well given during and after my session with him which helps with you're needing to make multiple decisions on the care of your teeth.I really appreciate professional and warm care of their staff.

My wife went to beach city dental to get her teeth cleaned. It was the most thorough cleaning she feels she’s had in years. Definitely five stars for cleaning as well as friendliness! Looking forward to getting my teeth cleaned as well after I saw how beautiful her smile looks. I highly recommend beach city dental for an overall great experience.

I love Beach City Dental. I first saw Baker after a hip surgery. I wasn’t allowed to have dental work for three months after surgery. So he took care of my tooth with antibiotics etc until I was able to have it pulled.He is a great doctor and looks to find the answers the office staff and hygienist are fantastic.

I went in for a cleaning and consultation with Dr. Marcus Baker, and he was very knowledgeable and honest about everything I need to do. MaraLee took care of my cleaning and she was very comforting and soothing. My teeth look great after her awesome work. The receptionist, Leslie is so sweet and welcoming. Beach City Dental is amazing! So happy I found my new dental spot!

First time at this office. I have to say that they are the best so far that I have experienced in a long time. The hygienist was great and took her time on the cleaning, unlike others who seem to rush through the process. The dentist Dr. Baker was great, he didn't try and sell me a bunch of unnecessary items, like a mouth guard, or anything else like that, to make a few more bucks. I highly recommend this dental office.

Dr. Baker and his team are amazing! We started going to him because we moved away from our other dentist and we couldn't be happier. Our kids were a little scared of our last dentist and the whole staff made those fears vanish. Now our kids can't wait to see Dr. Baker.

I had the worst toothache I had ever experienced. Even a piece of bread was painful. Dr Baker was able to find time to see me and get me out of pain. He was effective and explained everything as he was doing it, putting me at ease. It was a very pleasant experience under the circumstances. Unfortunately, I needed more work done and soon after, I went and saw Dr Gordon for a root canal, he was also extremely friendly and very gentle and I haven't had pain since. It was a very positive experience for me. The office staff was very friendly and efficient as well. I will definitely be going back.

Beach City Dental is the only dental office I will use. I’ve had good dentist in the past, but dr Gordon and Baker are exceptional. The entire office staff builds a relationship with clients and then treats them. I had a dental phobia before switching to Beach City Dental now I can honestly say “I Love my Dentists”. My pain was the worst I have ever experienced. The Kind people at BeachCityDental bent over backwards to help me immediately. Dr. Baker got on the phone and discussed my problem and made arrangements for me to come in right away. His kindness and teamwork with CeCe helped me to understand ever option and every procedure and gave me confidence that they both really really care. I let my pain go for too long, so it will take time for it to get better, but I am confident that the work that Dr. Baker and CeCe did for me was the right thing to do. Friendly, professional staff. My wife had to get 5 crowns put on and they were able to do it all in house. We were on a time crunch so she had all of her teeth prepped on a Tuesday and they completed the new crowns on Wednesday. I couldn't believe they were able to accommodate us in the way that they did. I have never seen anything like this from a dentist, and I would suggest them to anyone. We will most certainly be coming back here!

Outstanding dentist and staff. They really take the time to do an outstanding job. I have complete faith in what they recommend as being the most cost effective path. They have saved me many thousands over the years, by proactively solving little problems before they became big expensive problems. By putting yourself under their care, you have just cut your costs (and pain and discomfort) to the absolute minimum possible for the long run. Highly recommended based on decades of quality care.

First visit. Everyone in the office is very nice. Love the technology aspect of completing paperwork and getting text messages to remind you of your appointment. Staff didn’t try to push additional services, and appeared genuine in their assessment. No out of pocket for standard procedures. Looking forward to going back in 6 months.

My family and I moved to Huntington Beach. I was struggling to find a dentist. I told my husband about my bad experiences with other dentists. He mentioned he used to come to this office when he lived in Huntington Beach before we got married. “why don’t you give it a try?” My husband said. I scheduled an appointment. My husband had been a patient of Dr. Gordon for about 20 years. My son and I had been patients for about a year and a half. We always have a great experience with all the staff (Dr. Gordon, Dr. Baker, Valerie, Cece, Leslie, and Araceli). All of them are honest, professional, patient, respectful, and genuine. They actually take the time to take care obout us and to attend to our needs.

I have been coming here for over 5 years. I have been a dental assistant for over 10 years and I love the care I get here! My hygienist is gentle and makes my cleaning easy! I was pleased to find that there was a new associate at my dentist office. I had an emergency situation with my tooth cracking over the weekend. Fortunately for me Dr. Baker was available to take care of my problem. He was very friendly and professional. He took his time and was very thorough in figuring out the problem. Once it was decided what to do, Dr. Baker was very gentle and solicitous about making sure my comfort was first and for most. All around it was a very professional and pleasant experience. Dr. Baker and his staff are amazing! Very clean and state of the art facility. They do everything under magnification. Dr. Baker is very gentle and has a wonderful chair side manner. He explains everything he is going to do before he does it and makes you feel at ease. I haven’t been to the dentist in 10 plus years due to fear and anxiety towards dental work. This was terrible for my teeth but Dr .Baker didn’t judge me and made me feel comfortable. I can’t express enough how amazing of a dentist he is. Very knowledgeable and knows his stuff with a gentle hand. Thank you Dr. Baker and your staff for making my experience a good one. No more fear when I visit this office. Definitely a patient for life!!!
