Born and raised in Southern California, Dr. Jonathan Dizon is excited to return to the area after practicing in Austin, Texas, and serve the community where he grew up. While earning his Bachelor’s degree in Biological Science at the University of California, Irvine, he began shadowing his general dentist. Discovering how dentistry combined science, hands-on skill, and meaningful patient relationships inspired him to learn more, leading to an opportunity to volunteer at a pediatric clinic for low-income families in La Puente. It was this experience that deeply inspired him to become a dentist.

Dr. Dizon earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health. Motivated to expand his skills while giving back to the community, he completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at the St. Vincent de Paul Dental Clinic. His residency provided advanced training in oral surgery, implant therapy, CAD/CAM dentistry, endodontic therapy, and removable prosthodontics.

Dr. Dizon enjoys continuing to expand his clinical skills and incorporating modern technology into comprehensive dental care. He believes that great dentistry starts with listening to patients, understanding their individual needs and goals, and making sure they feel comfortable and confident throughout their treatment. He has also found great fulfillment in volunteering to provide dental care through Mission of Mercy events across Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas, as well as through humanitarian dental outreach trips to the Dominican Republic. After completing his residency, Dr. Dizon moved to Austin, Texas, where he practiced for several years and built both his professional career and family. Now married and a father, he and his wife are excited to return to Southern California and be closer to their extended family.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Dizon enjoys spending time with his wife and their son, whom they welcomed last year. They are especially excited for their son to grow up surrounded by family and to make memories surfing at Huntington Beach and snowboarding at Big Bear.
